Amida is currently looking for a dynamic Capture Manager to join our team. You will have the experience to further scale Amida’s growth within both commercial organizations and federal government departments and agencies. You will be responsible for winning new business opportunities ($10M or higher or considered strategic) in the federal government and commercial sales marketplace. The individual in this role will ensure that appropriate capture activities occur, and capture efforts are consistent with a structured approach and will provide management oversight. Develop and execute a detailed Capture Strategy Plan for major opportunities within Amida’s pipeline.
You will also be responsible for the identification, development, qualification, and prioritization of new customer opportunities. Any data-dependent organization is a target customer. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the federal sales rhythms and commercial sales cycles and be able to lead Amida’s efforts in winning new business. Maintain enough pipeline volume across all business acquisition process phases to meet targeted quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year bookings goals.
